Customer service win

All good things must come to an end, and today marked the end of our weekend getaway in LA. And thanks again to Hertz it ended on a positive note.

As we went to return the Infiniti that we had for the weekend we got a pleasant surprise. I pulled up and was getting ready to start unloading everything from the car they asked “would you like us to drop you off at the airport?” I thought that an interesting question until I realized they were offering to have someone drive us over to the airport in the same car rather than make us unload everything and take the standard shuttle. It may be only a small thing, but it did a lot the end our vacation on a high note.

Thanks again Hertz, your customer service is top notch. And I’ll definitely be renting again soon.
